convenient and hassle-free. Our innovative approach allows you to receive effective weight
loss medications delivered straight to your door, all from the comfort of your home.
We begin with virtual exams that fit your schedule, whether you prefer to connect from home
or visit our office. If you walk into our office, our providers offer on demand virtual exams.
Our dedicated team of board-certified medical professionals will guide you through the
process, ensuring you receive personalized support and a range of treatment options tailored

Step 1

Click the “Start Exam Now” button. This will take you to fill out your form, pay for your Exam, and will connect you to a Practitioner right away for your Virtual Exam. If you are local to Cedar Rapids, IA and want to come into the office to complete a telehealth exam with a Practitioner and want your injections completed in the office, then click the, “Schedule Office Visit” button. This will take you to a portal to enter your information, pay for your nonrefundable exam fee; and someone from our office will contact you to schedule you to come into the office.

Step 2: Step: Speak with one of our Licensed Medical Providers

Have a straightforward virtual exam, where our experienced medical professionals will provide personalized answers to your questions about our treatment options. This step allows us to better understand your unique needs and helps our team design a tailored treatment plan that suits you perfectly.

Step 3: Personalized Treatment Review

Our dedicated team of skilled, board-certified medical professionals will carefully evaluate your tailored treatment plan, along with your medical history and the details from your virtual exam. If you meet the criteria, we will provide a prescription for the appropriate medication to support your weight loss journey. Your request will be approved and will be sent to our office, and a staff member will call you to collect your payment information for the medication and sent to our partner Compounding Pharmacy to be shipped directly to you.

Step 4: Our partner pharmacy will quickly send your prescription and any necessary supplies) straight to your home! In Person Patients have an option for on-site administering or take home option for self administering.

Step 5: Monthly Check-In’s with Our Providers

To ensure your treatment is effective, we require a monthly meeting with your provider. During this appointment, we will assess your progress and decide whether to adjust your medication dosage, maintain the current dosage, or make a switch to a different medication altogether. Each month, we will repeat these steps to facilitate your medication orders and support your health journey. Please note a monthly exam fee will apply, in addition to your medication cost
