Refund Policy

At Optima Medical Weight Loss & Wellness Center, we prioritize your health and safety. As such, our policy regarding returns is designed to reflect the personalized nature of the services and products we provide.

Once prescription medications are compounded for your specific needs, they cannot be returned. This is because these medications are created based on your unique health requirements as determined by your healthcare provider. Once prepared, the medications cannot be reused or resold, ensuring we uphold strict standards of safety and cleanliness.

Additionally, due to the individualized nature of our supplements, devices, and other related products, we are unable to accept returns. Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
